Cara’s classes have changed our lives! From the newborn classes, the sleep training program (because I didn’t listen to Cara and never laid my newborn down awake… oops), to all her informational Instagram posts… Taking Cara Babies is WELL WORTH the investment! It’s my #1 recommendation for new moms and will be the gift I keep on giving! My baby conquered falling asleep independently by night 3 of sleep training. Cara definitely knows what she’s doing! I can’t thank Cara and her programs enough!
