I will admit I was skeptical at first, but I followed the class instructions and by the 3rd night my 6 month old baby slept all night! I also realized how much formula I was wasting because before taking this class I always thought he needed a bottle when he woke up during the night (first time mom here!), only for him to drink a little and go back to sleep. It has been a couple months since I took this class and it has been life changing for both me and my baby! He has been growing like crazy and it may be just a coincidence, but I also think the fact that he is actually getting long sleep periods is helping!
