My 3 year old is a pro and has been since it was possible to be a good sleeper! Taking cara babies did more than help us help him sleep, it gave me more confidence as a mother in all other aspects. The course gave us a direction and things to focus and relieved us from the pressure of when things weren't perfect. Cara helped us understand it is a process and we are just practicing each time. She changed our life for the better and this course is forever my baby shower gift!
