This course gave me the confidence and peace of mind I needed to sleep train. My baby handled everything very well. We had a few tough nights but he came "down the rollercoaster" with each night. I was amazed that Cara said the "training" would take 14 days and on day 13, he went down without any tears! Been sleeping through the night since! (Except for a few sick nights).
