We attended Cara’s live class in 2017, and used her program with all three of our children, now 7, 6, and 4. All three have been champion sleepers thanks to Cara and her program. Her staff has been so kind over the years to answer any questions that have come up along the way, and I am especially grateful to Priscilla, who gave me some amazing advice with my oldest child that I still think of today! We have since purchased her class for multiple friends and family members who have all had success with the information offered! This program is truly the best there is, and has completely shaped my time as a stay at home mom and helped me to enjoy all three of my babies in an amazing way.
