I cannot recommend Cara’s classes enough! There is so much rich content, but it’s all broken into short videos, so you can watch one while you get dressed, while you brush your teeth, while you’re unloading the dishwasher, or even while driving (just don’t watch!). And you just watch the content that’s appropriate for your baby’s age, and you can come back later as they get older. We saw improvements almost immediately! It’s also a huge relief to know what to do in all sorts of situations. So thankful for these courses and Cara’s knowledge!
