Taking Cara Babies is the absolute best resource we had for our newborn son. By following the schedule (as much as you can follow a schedule with a baby!) during the day, he was quickly into a routine and was sleeping well during the night by 2 months, and by 3 months is now sleeping through the night. The CRIES method is a game changer, I’ve even tested it on my sister’s baby and other friends’ kids, and it works! Taking Cara Babies is the best gift you can give to a new mom, and will now forever be my go-to for baby showers. I joke that if Cara started a cult, I would be the first member, but she has created an incredible program that really makes you feel supported as a new mom and gives you your nights back more quickly than you thought was possible. 10/10 all day…and all night!
