My daughter was 22 months when we started this plan, and I honestly thought it was going to be one of the heardest things ever! She had been a really rocky sleeper, and woke multiple times each night. She required a long time of me rocking her before her falling asleep (naps and nighttime). It was getting really difficult, especially with our 2nd baby on the way! The first night we started and went all in with the plan! She learned to fall asleep all by herself after 15 minutes and every night since then, has slept through the night and fallen asleep on her own in the crib. I recommend this to all my mom friends! Literally changed our life!
