We have used Taking Cara Babies classes and the blogs for both of our children and recommend it to EVERY SINGLE new parent we can! We are two parents who both watched and implemented and highly recommend that both parents get on the same page so that either one can take over in the middle of the night. Honestly, it's saved our marriage and relationship with these babies because sleep is so important! Having the blog on top of the Newborn and 5-24 month class is so incredibly helpful. I'd be in the middle of a sleep regression and search on the blog in the night and have an immediate suggestion on what to do to help that I could implement right then and there. This resource was absolutely invaluable.
