Taking Cara Babies is amazing! I had a 7 month old that was only sleeping 20-30 minutes at a time. I truly didn’t think I would ever sleep again. After just ONE night, my daughter went from waking up every 20-30 minutes, to only waking up 2 times per night! After one week she was consistently sleeping through the night. She now puts herself to sleep for naps and bedtime without crying! I cannot say enough good things about this program. THANK YOU!
