I hemmed and hawed about signing up for the course but my 8 month old had been waking up multiple times a a night and having early morning wakeups for the past 4 months. I signed up and it worked the first night!! I couldn’t believe it and it continues to work. Even during sickness, when we don’t strictly follow the program, I know he has the skills to try to out himself to sleep and I think that helps him sleep better than he would have before TCB. I am grateful that this program was available. Seriously turned everything around for us right away! I also appreciated the guidance from Cara that eased a lot of my anxieties and gave me confidence to stick to it!
