Loved Taking Cara babies approach to night weaning and sleep training. We had trained our 10 month old a couple times but had to keep doing a reset due to various things like illness, teething, travel. TCB covers how to handle all those things and I wish we had done it sooner! Also, the night feedings were getting to the point they were just habitual for our daughter and not needed but we couldn’t seem to break the cycle. After purchasing the 5-24 month old courses, it took 4 nights and our daughter was sleeping through the night like a champ!
