Not even sure where to begin with how thankful we are to have found Taking Cara Babies courses! We decided to use Cara's courses when we welcomed our second child after 4 years of horrible sleep with our first and it was SO worth it. My husband is a family physician and I'm a nurse so like Cara and her husband we figured we could handle whatever was thrown our way when expecting our first child and man were we wrong. We struggled a ton with her sleep and recognized that we needed to do something different with our second. Two weeks into her 5-24 month course our baby was sleeping through the night at 6 months old. It was worth every penny to purchase the course. Getting a full nights rest has been a game changer that has totally increased our ability to enjoy our roles as parents. Highly highly reccomend and cannot say enough! If you are struggling this is the class for you.
