Our sweet girl mastered sleep training after one night! Hearing her cry for 25 mins at first was difficult but I followed Cara’s advice and it worked perfectly. It’s been almost one month and our daughter is doing amazing and sleeping 11-12hrs straight every night. It’s a big difference from waking up 1-4x a night. Now we are considering purchasing Cara’s nap training guide.
