One star for the look of the shoe, very cute, but subtract stars for terrible customer service. Once they have your money, they don’t care to assist clients. “Easy returns” is not the case. No returns is more like it. If the shoes are worn at all, it doesn’t matter what the fit issue is, they won’t help you. BUYER BEWARE!!
