Our arrived and during the fitting I was told space was mis- measured as they didn’t have enough carpet.
We emailed the store and head office several times but had no response.
They took our money ( £9000k) and ran! Zero customer service or support.
I’m currently in talks with the ombudsman ad they are in breech of contract.
Steer clear. I wish we had gone with John Lewis
