We bought a lounge & stair carpet from TAPI Carpets Llanelli branch. When we went into store to look around, Nathan the salesman asked us if we needed any help. Nathan showed us a selection of carpets that met our requirements and answered any questions that we had. After picking the carpet that we liked, Nathan worked out a price for us. He gave us an appointment date & time for Steve to Call round our house to accurately measure the lounge & stairway. Steve confirmed the exact price and we then contacted Nathan again to confirm the order and arrange a date for fitting. We were kept informed throughout the journey of our carpet and notified when the carpet came into Llanelli store. Two carpet fitters came on the date arranged ( Carter & Jordan ) they were both very friendly and professional while removing our old carpets and laying the new one. Carter & Jordan were happy to carry out my request to hide a couple of cables underneath the underlay to make the room look tidier for us. They were also willing to work late in order to Finish the job, this enabled us to get the lounge furniture back in place. The lounge / stairway now looks brilliant and the carpet is of a great quality and feels lovely and soft underfoot. We are very very happy with our service from the whole team of TAPI Carpets Llanelli Store and definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
