I am a self employed builder and it is usually a long and drawn out process to find any finance deal to renovate property, certainly a buy to let mortgage was not an option for me. Not with these guys though! They were very clear about the information I needed to supply and I had a decision in principle within a couple of days. They also got me the best rate I had come across.
