It's important that buyers know that in the case of theft, this company, Tatize, has nothing in place to protect their buyers. I spent over $200 and unfortunately everything was stolen off of my porch while I was at work - a bummer thing to happen especially during the holidays. Any reputable company would replace the items or refund me. This loss should not be on me. USPS should have not left my package unattended on my doorstep, but they did. This unfortunate event was not my fault, and I should not be the one paying for it. TATIZE has refused to refund or replace the items. I was so excited to recieve the items I bought, and would have loved to be able to write a positive review. If everything goes well, they seem great, but in the case that everything doesn't go well, they provide no customer support. I wrote a 1 star review on their site, and noticed they did not publish it. Their website is not balanced with the voices of all their customer reviews, if they only allow positive ones to be posted.
