Following storm damage to a premium tent was advised by Taunton that the tent could NOT be repaired and was sold a new tent as we were on holiday at the time. On return found out from Outwell that the tent could have been repaired. Despite several emails Taunton Leisure denied I was given incorrect advice and profited from selling a new tent with no remorse. Absolutely disgusting and Will not use again. (Taunton please don’t bother replying to this as you have had several opportunities to do so privately and any reply will only be for the public perception).
