Basically the same comments as everyone else here.
The service was poor, the delivery was poor and the changes they did to my CV were just formatting.
I feel completely duped and I don't know how these scammers are still in business. I'd say it's because there is subjectivity surrounding whether their end result is better than your original or not, so they can argue they've completed the work, even if you're unhappy.
They didn't do the revisions they promised and they were rude, unhelpful and dismissive.
