I phoned Glasgow but no one there could answer my question so I was told the query was left on the relevant desk, but no one responded. Rory From Bristol attempted to contact them several times but could not get through. After more than two weeks of no response i almost gave up. I have ordered the boots online, but now they take a week to get to me? that seems along time too. After all this palaver I just hope they fit. I surpose this way of buying shoes only really works if you know what you want and the fit already. Until I know that, I will not do it this way again.
