I had what I thought to be a fairly minor issue resulting in a damp patch on the ceiling of my spare bedroom and I'd already had two previous companies inspect the problem but neither had inspired me with much confidence. But I was delighted when I was introduced to TCK. Christopher gave me a very thorough report on the condition on my entire back roof including providing numerous photos and it was very clear that I had extensive problems that could have remained hidden for much longer if not for his diligence. As recommended by Christopher, I asked a surveying company to have a look at his report and they confirmed everything that he had detailed. Christopher and his team duly carried out the work in a most impressive style. They were exceptionally courteous and extremely thorough in every aspect of their work and I cannot recommend TCK enough.
