Bad communication. Wrote several emails to them and only got one respond once. I shop online for coral from many vendors before, they always included a freebie frag of some sort over $500. TCK didn't do that for me, even though I posted the question. The person responded with "will forward concern with the owner." Nevertheless, never heard from them again after.
The frags are in a good size for what I paid for. Something to feel thankful for.
