Never again. 20 years in the hobby, first DOA I've ever had with an online purchase. Items did not ship when they were supposed to be shipped, instead, seller waited a week, then shipped over a postal holiday, so the shipment spent an extra day at the shipping depot in the cold. Replacement was offered, which I accepted, but this was never shipped either. After several weeks of being told they had forgotten to ship it that week, and next week it would be done, I had to file a credit card dispute to get a refund.
