I first tasted Miles West Country Tea in the 1980s, in a cafe in Porlock, before the move to Minehead. The deep flavor stood up to the sweetness of a perfect afternoon cream tea. The waitress sent us across to the Vale Houses, where I filled a bag to carry home to New York. I've been drinking this tea ever since. Miles still has that wonderful flavor, and makes the perfect morning "cuppa" with milk and honey.
