I would have given 5 stars because outer box was damaged however, the inner packaging was as such there was no damage to the five boxes of tea I ordered. I have ordered tphoo tea from this company in the past and have received my orders faster then expected and no damage outter or inside the box. I am a "die-hard" typhoo fan!
