I have purchased from you almost every gram of my tea during the last 10 years. I have a list of teas as an "inventory" checklist and that began (as it notes) in 2017. But we go back WAY before that.
First, I need to say thank you for the speedy delivery of my latest order. Clearly, KC is closer to Lincoln than Texas is. Thanks - I get tired sitting next to the mailbox all day waiting for deliveries and that definitely includes stuff from Amazon...(!)
But I think that over time you have had to change you tea offerings. I was a HUGE SD Bell fan. I bought out your Remainder Shelf stock one year after - I think - orderinmg most of the other boxes. I like stiff teas and so I'm more of an African tea guy than a Celyon one. I think that tea firms are turning more towards tea bags and away from loose tea that I always use. I always worry that they are including the original shiopping materials and the customs invoices in their "new and improved" tea bags.
As for the Cornish Tea that I just got, it's ok but nothing else. I bought three units; I'll probably give one away which is, for me, a rare event when it comes to tea. I like the loose leaves approach just like I like the composition of Boston Harbor Tea (https://marktwendell.com/collections/black-teas/products/boston-harbour-tea-4-oz-loose-tea). I just put this stuff in the bottom of my mug and add boiling water and by the time I get to the end, my hair is starting to stand up on my head. I wouldn't have it any other way at breakfast!!!
I realize too that shipping costs are out of control and that coupled with my age it precludes me from buying at one shot multiple killograms of tea to save a few bucks. I don't have to tell you this but otherwise, you guys are the best. I have been away for a while because I had lots of tea stashed away. Don't worry - I'm sure that King Tut took his tea with him and I'll be doing the same! Enjoy the Spring and best wishes with your business!!!
