I was looking for some new Decaf tea (non-chemical decafination) and Lizzy in customer service helped direct me to Clipper and Thompson's decafs. Clipper is milder then I expected, and Thompson's bolder. Both very nice!!! Couldn't be happier with the teas, and especially the help and service!!!
