In my particular case; I had questions about one of the products I was trying to make a decision on (purchasing). I am just one of your customers. Only one of your emplyees in customer service know whether I required extra assistance (compared to other customers). I was unable to get the answer(s) I was seeking about the product (elsewhere) and inquired. Sales rep Lizzy was very patient with me as she did what was required to answer my questions. I thank her for her time and efforts.
