The team at teafy have been wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more. We have been purchasing matcha and Hojicha from them for our small cafe. Everyone has been helpful, patient, responsive and generally great to deal with. They offered us excellent advice throughout the journey especially when we are new to the world of matcha lattes.
