Coconut Chia. One of my favourite Chai’s. Wonderful as a proper Latte or a cheat latte… I make it half with boiling water add the milk then wap it in the microwave for 40 seconds, it brightens up my day. I don’t particularly like coconut but the mild taste naturally sweetens the chia without being overpowering. It’s one of the few Chias I drink without having to add honey. Lovely.
