Excellent customer service, called up the store in Brighton and spoke to a chap called Jack. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to consult and provide lots of useful info on some speakers I was interested in, spcifically around the Kanto Ora's - in the end, based on Jack's recommendation and my own research, I went with the Kanto and I am very glad I did. For desktop speakers, they are fantastic, very crisp, clear and a decent amount of base for a small office. I highly recommend not only K&B Audio but also the Kanto Ora's, overall - a very happy customer.
