I bought a Google Pixel 9 Pro from TechCart. It arrived late and was defective. I followed their return instructions and used their official return label. Australia Post confirmed the return was delivered and picked up — but TechCart denies receiving it and refuses to refund.
They also issued a wrong invoice that caused me additional import tax costs.
I’ve submitted legal complaints to consumer authorities in Australia.
Avoid this store at all costs — they do not honor returns or refunds.
