Can't get the disk to work. Once loaded the product activation key is accepted then it tells me that the software is not licensed, so it will not download windows updates.
sUbsequent to this I have had a helpful email conversation with the personnel from techee and was impressed by their swift response. we hope to resolve this issue indue course as the product is genuine Microsoft software and there is no reasonwhy it should not activate.
