Very prompt & accurate reply to my question about the product before buying it. Very quick "post free" delivery by 1st class "Royal Mail". I bought "re-furbished" Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Not sure what re-furbished means. It appears that Microsoft supplied it to Dell and presumably Dell sold it when they stopped selling computers with W7 loaded. It Installed & activated online and the usual initial updates(about200!) have installed with no problems. My home built computer is now described as "Dell" but I can live with that for the price saving! I'm now entitled to free upgrade to W10 but I think I'll wait a bit for more of the usual initial glitches to be solved. Thanks Jon.
