I really do enjoy the TV box. The only problem that I have these days is there is a lot of buffering. I've upgraded my internet service. I took off anything they had Wi-Fi. I even hardwired. The box to the router with the ether cable. And still experience buffering customer service does not pick up their phone anymore. And you leave a message, and you guys never call back. Those are the only complaints that I may have. Other than that, it does work very well when it's not buffering overall. I am a very happy customer with you guys.
