I am based in the UK. Received a faulty item from Techinn. I opened an RMA, that has been accepted and now for almost 3 months I cannot get an update on the RMA. They keep claiming they are waiting for the manufacturer opinion, but due to UK Consumer Act 2015, they are responsible for solving the matter. I lost almost 200GBP, but I am not giving up, opened a case with UK ICC, going to small claim court in Sept if the case wont be solved until the. Terrible customer service, breaking your statutory rights.
