Do not use! This company has been reported to trading standards. They ask you to complete the purchase by bank transfer...don't, you will loose your money and not receive the goods. Communication is woeful. Its looks like a large company but its not. It is run by a couple of people - search companies house website company 0760791.
If you have been subject to fraud from this company contact Citizens Advice immediately and your bank who may investigate the fraud and be able to get your money back through charge back.
