I had an issue with insufficiently protective packaging being used when the product was shipped to me, and it was damaged in the post. I moaned about this in a review and doohickey-hut customer services got in touch with me and dealt with the issue promptly, which was amazing and totally unexpected! So, overall a great experience with doohickey-hut. Based on how great their customer services was, I would definitely shop with them again.
