I ordered a charging lead for my Sony Experia, it arrived two days later but was the wrong one. I returned it, at a cost of £2.45, with details of why it was wrong and asking for it to be replaced with the correct lead. Three days later an envelope arrived containing exactly the same lead. I have just paid another £2.45 to return it and asked for a refund. They would be great people to deal with, if only they could supply what you want.
