at first the battry did not arrive, contacted supplier who confirmed it had been dispatched. contacted them again and item had got lost in transport or post. they did however send another one out, which was great as could get my phone going properly after leaving it with mobile repair shop. battery is doing its job and was original motorola battery. overall customer service was good
