All was good apart from the dispatch. Their websites states "Same day dispatch". I ordered on the 28th December. I get this is over the Christmas period, but the "same day dispatch" icon should be removed if they can't do it. Or at the very least, have a warning message on checkout saying shipping will be delayed due to the Christmas period.
My item wasn't actually dispatched until the 3rd January, almost a week after I ordered it. Which was a lot later than I expected.
Apart from that, my experience was good.
