Item not received. We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of customer satisfaction is a joke I'm afraid... I reported the fact that my item had not been received almost a week ago and still I am faced with excuses and further delay tactics. The person responding to the query does not even bother to read the content correctly before replying merely pointing out what is already known ie the has been shipped. The item has not been tracked but apparently Royal Mail have advised via a crystal ball considering the thousands of parcels and packages they handle everyday they have experienced some delays in some depots and that they should wait another 5 working days from the time the person contacted them this will take me to over 2 weeks from when I ordered the item and considering I ordered these earphones for my holiday which I go on on Monday now without my earphones.... for me you judge someone in there ability to resolve a problem which clearly they can't.... let's hope you get your order cuz your in trouble if you don't cuz computer says no!!
