Doohickey very quickly redeemed themselves, after I had notified them that items that I had ordered had not turned up.
Their response to my email was swift, and receipt of the re-sent items occurred within a matter of days.
Unfortunately, have not received an explanation as to why the first delivery did not arrived, but this will not stop me from ordering with Doohickey again.
