I bought ear plugs a few days later I received an email confirming I was to receive this item 3-5 days later on the 6 th day I emailed asking how I can track the item and when I could expect to receive this I had a reply “thank you for your email” I then contacted them by phone a few times only to go to voicemail and no one got back to me... I then asked PayPal to get me a refund getting a message a few days later stating I was to receive a refund which I have received thank you Not receiving the item I can understand human error does happen but not to have had a reply to my email request phone messages but simply you are getting a refund without an apology is very rude and extremely unprofessional
