Order #101297. Purchased and paid for express next day delivery on a Thursday before 2pm cut-off, didn't receive item until Monday the following week. So, failed to meet expectations and that as paid for by terms of purchase contract. The least you could do would be to refund the delivery charge, right? :-(. Hopefully I'll hear from you with this credit. Also, no response to e-mails or to say we're glad you have received your goods, AND no apology! Bad service!
