Terrible service still trying to resolve an issue with either faulty or copies Samsung headphones I pointed out the headphones are different from my Samsung original headphones there reply was they are Apple headphone ???
Wow would be very carefull as they have yet to resolve the issue going to trading standards after I check with the Samsung shop I glasgow if there copies then open an issue with PayPal
