My partner bought me a samsung fit 2 for my birthday, the watch did not work so we returned it with Royal Mail tracked delivery. Doohickey-hut recieved the item 12 days ago. She has not recieved her money back and they don't bother to reply to her e-mails. Really shoddy company.
