Ordered a fit bit that didn't charge up.sent back over 3 weeks ago recorded delivery and signed for by them.sent at least 6 emails enquiring about it and get replys asking for order numbers,royal mail number,we will look into it,refund will be with you shortly.utter bullshit! Still waiting.....
